1. Visit Your Dentist Regularly

Don’t be afraid of your dentist. Visiting your dentist regularly will insure that your teeth and mouth are in tip top condition. Regular checkups can also help prevent and decrease the chances of having to have work done on your teeth later.

2. Floss and Brush, in That Order

You should always floss first so that when you do brush; your toothbrush can get inside all the small spaces that previously had food particles in them. Flossing is important but a lot of people don’t because “it makes their gums bleed” but what they don’t realize is that not flossing regularly is what is causing their gums to bleed in the first place.
